THE VILLAS
Each villa is uniquely designed to suit the area on the hillside where it is built captivating view and natural breeze. Combining old and new timbers,natural stone,modern materials,spiritual characteristics with each villa having a view and style of it’s own. A local Balinese artist was commissioned to to create paintings that compliment the colour and design of the villas.
All six villas have a small kitchenette, a private deck with amazing views,a semi outdoor bathroom that allows you to enjoy the beautiful surrounds. All complete with air conditioning and fans,TV and DVD, luxurious King Koil mattress and soft fluffy bedding. Wifi is available in each villa, pool side,and in the restaurant.
Villa 1 – Villa Kopi
A very large 1 bedroom villa with separate living room. Features a King size bed (can also be set up as 2 King singles) has twin showers and a bath. Two double sofa beds are located in the living room which can be used for additional guests. A very large balcony faces the jungle with ocean views to the side. This spacious villa is located at the top of the property and doesn’t have stairs to climb.

Villa 2 – Villa Jambu
A cute single Joglo villa with a luxurious queen bed, small sofa and TV. This villa has a semi outdoor bathroom with twin showers and a very private deck with jungle views. For those who value the balance of a fine life.

Villa 3 – Villa Lime
A large 1 bedroom Queen villa with separate living room also designed for sleeping on a double sofa bed. This villa has stunning vistas, is poolside and has a semi outdoor bathroom overlooking the lush jungle. A lime theme exists throughout in harmony with the surrounding nature. This villa can also be a 2 bedroom villa with the addition of a second bedroom with own bathroom located beneath.

Villa 4 -Villa Awan
This modern Queen villa is tucked away with stunning jungle views, semi open bathroom ,double showers and a peaceful private deck. A double sofa bed and tv are located upon entering. This villa has a large Balinese door with a buddha view from your entrance. The perfect location to reconnect and enjoy your time of escaping.

Villa 5 -Villa Vanilla
Our cozy single villa with a romantic four posted queen bed,small kitchenette, double sofa bed and semi outdoor bathroom with twin showers. A lovely balcony with sweeping views across the village below and onwards to the ocean. A double sun lounge for reading or those who treasure the value of serenity.

Note:
- Rates include 150 000Rp breakfast voucher for use in The Monkey Bar at Bella Vista Restaurant (1 voucher per villa per night).
- Rates are subject to 15% government tax and service

- Double sofa beds for extra adults or children (under 15 years) available at an extra cost. See above.
Terms and Condition:
- 20% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
- FULL BALANCE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL AT CHECK IN.
- The deposit will be non-refundable if:
- No notice is given (no show) or cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made after the above period, the deposit will be refunded minus bank charges and a 20% administration fee. Under special circumstances management may allow deposits to be transferred to a future date.
- Payments can be made in reception by cash. Please note there are no ATM facilities within the retreat or immediate village.
- Please note – Once here your accommodation costs are non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.
- Check in time: 14.00 hrs
- Check out time: 12.00 hrs
- Upon arrival a welcome drink and cool towel will be given to guests.
- Use of all facilities including our swimming pool is at your own risk.
- Guests are liable for any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Bella Kita is not responsible for any occurrences resulting in personal or property damage. Safety deposit boxes are provided in each villa.
- Please be aware of wet areas, stairs and uneven surfaces, as guests are responsible for their own safety whilst on Bella Kita property.
- As the swimming pool is unfenced please ensure children are supervised at all times. No walking or climbing on pool drop edge
- For your safety, our staff have the right to limit alcohol service around the pool.
